Welcome to the City of Auburn's Industrial Site Dashboard. The City of Auburn has developed this Dashboard, in partnership with HR&A Advisors, as part of the City's participation in the State of Maine's Maine Community Energy Redevelopment Program (MECERP). Under MECERP, HR&A Advisors supported the City of Auburn with its development vision for the industrial assets in or near Auburn's Forest Bioproducts Advanced Manufacturing Tech Hub Overlay (part of the State's Tech Hub). This Industrial Site Dashboard was developed as part of this vision, to showcase a list of sites that Auburn prioritizes for industrial development and that are available for sale or lease. For these priority sites, the Dashboard includes detailed site information, such as acreage, pricing, building square footage, availability of utility infrastructure, and availability of technical and environmental reports. The Dashboard also highlights Auburn's larger industrial ecosystem, featuring the members of Auburn's Manufacturing Group, such as Proctor & Gamble, Thos Moser, and Panolam, as well as Auburn's full inventory of over 200 parcels of industrially-zoned land and buildings.
